What is Stakyo?

Stakyo is a Delaware-registered digital holding company and venture studio. We develop, acquire, and operate a portfolio of SaaS products across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C markets — with a current operational focus on bootstrapped SaaS where systematic improvements compound into long-term assets.

What makes Stakyo different?

Stakyo operates a hybrid model: roughly half the portfolio is built in-house, the other half acquired. Unlike venture-scale studios chasing hypergrowth, we focus on under-optimized micro SaaS — small bootstrapped products under $100k ARR — and improve their pricing, positioning, and operations to compound cash flow over time.

How does Stakyo work?

We operate in three stages across the portfolio: sourcing (finding undervalued micro SaaS to acquire — including through our own marketplace SaaSale — or identifying gaps to build new products), optimization (applying shared playbooks for pricing, growth channels, and infrastructure), and compounding (reinvesting cash flow into the next acquisition or build).

What kinds of SaaS does Stakyo build or acquire?

We focus on bootstrapped SaaS products under $100k ARR with stable cash flow but room for optimization — B2B tools, consumer utility apps, B2B2C engagement platforms, and data products. We look for businesses that fit one of our four verticals and benefit from shared infrastructure.

Is Stakyo a venture capital firm?

No. Stakyo is an operating holding company, not an investor. Where a VC writes checks to external founders chasing exits, Stakyo owns and operates each product directly. We don't seek startup-style returns; we compound recurring revenue across a long-held portfolio.

Where is Stakyo based?

Stakyo, LLC is registered as a Delaware Limited Liability Company. Our principal address is 1111B S Governors Ave, STE 54140, Dover, DE 19904, United States.

How can I contact Stakyo?

You can reach Stakyo at support@stakyo.com or send written correspondence to 1111B S Governors Ave, STE 54140, Dover, DE 19904, United States.

What products does Stakyo currently operate?

Stakyo currently operates three live products: SaaSale (a marketplace for buying and selling SaaS businesses), PolyScout (a tracker for top Polymarket traders, available as iOS app and web), and VCDir (a directory of venture capital firms worldwide). The portfolio is structured around four verticals — B2B Solutions, Consumer Applications, B2B2C Platforms, and Data & Analytics — and continues to grow through new builds and acquisitions. Full portfolio at stakyo.com/portfolio.

Can I sell my SaaS to Stakyo?

Yes. Stakyo evaluates SaaS acquisition opportunities on an ongoing basis. We focus on bootstrapped products with stable cash flow under $100k ARR, where systematic operational improvements can compound returns. To submit your business for consideration, contact us at support@stakyo.com with a brief overview of the product, current ARR, and reason for selling.

What ARR range does Stakyo focus on?

Stakyo's primary acquisition focus is on bootstrapped SaaS products under $100k ARR. This segment is typically built by solo founders without operational leverage, leaving room for systematic improvements in pricing, positioning, and growth. We selectively consider products in adjacent ARR ranges when they fit one of our four verticals and benefit from our shared infrastructure.

How does Stakyo evaluate acquisitions?

We evaluate acquisitions on three criteria: stable, recurring cash flow with predictable retention; clear room for optimization in pricing, positioning, distribution, or operations; and fit with one of our four verticals — B2B Solutions, Consumer Applications, B2B2C Platforms, or Data & Analytics. Profitable bootstrapped products with under-utilized growth channels are typically the best fit. Many candidates come through our own marketplace SaaSale (saasale.com), where SaaS sellers list their businesses for acquisition.

Is Stakyo hiring?

Stakyo is a small operating team. We hire selectively for engineering, product, and operations roles when scaling specific portfolio products requires it. There are no open public listings at this time. To express interest, reach us at support@stakyo.com.
