Privacy Policy

EvenDose is designed to keep your health data private. This policy explains what we collect and what we don't. If you have questions, contact us at evendose@stakyo.com.

1. Data we do not collect

EvenDose does not require an account. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, health data, or shot history on our servers. There is no cloud sync in the app.

2. Data stored on your device

The following data is stored locally on your device using Apple's storage APIs and never leaves it: therapy setup (medication type, shot day, reminder time, current dose), shot history (date, time, dose, injection site, notes), dose change history, and injection site rotation history. Stakyo, LLC does not have access to this data.

3. Third-party services

Adapty (subscription management)

Adapty provides infrastructure for managing your paid subscription. When the app checks your subscription status, Adapty receives: an anonymous customer identifier generated on your device, your Apple IDFV (Identifier for Vendor), your purchase state (active, expired, or trial), your country and language, the app version and iOS version, and your device model. Adapty does not receive any of your health data or shot history. See Adapty's privacy policy at https://adapty.io/privacy/

Apple StoreKit (payments)

All payments are processed by Apple. Stakyo, LLC never receives your credit card details or payment information. To manage your subscription, use the App Store settings on your device.

4. Notifications

EvenDose uses local notifications only. When you enable reminders, they are scheduled on your device by the iOS system. No server is involved. Reminder text is intentionally discreet — it does not display medication names on the lock screen.

5. App Tracking Transparency

EvenDose does not track you across other apps and websites. We do not use the Apple IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers). If iOS asks you for tracking permission, you can safely decline — the app works the same either way.

6. Age

EvenDose is intended for users age 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 17. If you believe a user under 17 has installed the app, please contact us.

Because EvenDose does not collect your data on our servers, most access, correction, and deletion requests are moot — the data lives only on your device. To delete all EvenDose data, delete the app. If you have questions about your rights under GDPR (European Union) or CCPA (California), contact us at evendose@stakyo.com.

9. Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we will note the effective date at the top and describe the change in the App Store release notes.
